Before the lesson you will receive an overview of the topic plus key vocabulary you might hear during the session. Sessions begin with some relaxed conversation before diving into the topic. We examine different aspects of the topic through videos and readings, and your facilitator will guide the conversation naturally throughout the session. Each lesson finishes with feedback and optional exercises to deepen your understanding at home.

Group sessions are capped at 5 people, typically we host around 2-3 people per session.

These sessions are designed for B2+ learners who already have conversational ability but want to improve fluency and confidence.

If you aren’t sure, feel free to book an Assessment Session and your facilitator will let you know which sessions are best suited to your needs.

The focus of these sessions is entirely on conversation; they do not contain any explicit study of vocabular or grammar.

However, you will receive optional study materials before and after the session, allowing you to dive deeper and explore related vocabulary and grammar at home.

Every facilitator has years of formal teaching experience and university qualifications in teaching or related fields. Beyond their expertise, they are chosen for their warmth, curiosity, and ability to create an environment where students feel comfortable speaking from the very first session.

Unlike a tutor, who typically leads a lesson, a facilitator creates the conditions for great conversations, guiding discussion while helping you refine your English naturally along the way.

We know you have a busy schedule, so our group sessions run even if only one person attends. If you are the only person attending, to ensure a balanced and engaging experience, the session will be adjusted to include 50 minutes of conversation and an extra 25 minutes of independent study.
